Quilchena Golf and Country Club can create memorable moments for you and your guests whatever the occasion – weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, business meetings, banquets, roasts and toasts. You don't have to be a member to have your special day or event at the club, but members do enjoy priority scheduling. Our banquet facilities are available for both private and corporate events. We have great flexibility as to space and can handle both large and small gatherings in our magnificent cupola-topped clubhouse. This wood and timber building, opened in 1997, has a lovely restaurant, several lounges and three banquet rooms. The Arbutus and Fairway banquet rooms with private balconies can be used together to accommodate up to 180 people. The adjoining private members' dining room may be added to accommodate up to 240 people -- with the members' approval. The smaller MountainView banquet room can handle from 32 to 50 guests, depending on the style of the event and also features its own balcony. It can also be set up boardroom style for 16. We also have a separate Boardroom on the main level of the clubhouse for eight people. Many of these rooms have scenic views of our golf course through expansive windows and have an Arts & Crafts design. Many of these spaces feature rich cherry wood décor and furniture. You will also love the photo possibilities in front of our water features and garden areas. Outdoors we also have decks and patios for alfresco receptions. Wedding couples love our graceful gazebo, trimmed with flowers and vines for wedding ceremonies; we can seat about 60 people there or provide standing room for 200. Weddings can also be held on our North deck or in the Mezzanine in the dining room, a space with a romantic atmosphere. Quilchena can provide excellent buffet or plated dinners for your guests. We do tea-style receptions and barbecues as well, depending on the event. We can provide tables, linens and arrange for chair covers. We provide cutlery, dinnerware and glassware. We can also refer you to vendors who can provide excellent music, flowers and limousine transportation for your event. Audio visual equipment, including a TV, VCR, power point projector and screen are available for meetings and parties of various kinds.
